Vespers

Today we gathered for our last evening service for the summer. All day rain threatened, and the rain started about 10 minutes before we were scheduled to begin. The temperature was warm, however, and the forest held a mystical quality as everything glistened in the rain. 
Our readings for the evening were a collection of quotes:
